Challenge

Boony & Co had strong products but little to show for them online. Sales revenue stayed low and their digital presence wasn’t strong enough to compete in Malaysia’s crowded wellness market. Earlier campaigns had generated plenty of impressions but converted almost nobody, a costly gap between reach and actual revenue. What they needed wasn’t more visibility for its own sake. The task was to identify how Primal could sharpen brand presence on social, build content that spoke to the right audience, and close the gap between awareness and purchase.

Natural wellness solutions for everyday health.

Approach

We started by understanding why reach wasn’t turning into sales. The issue wasn’t volume. It was intent. Our team built a social growth plan around high-intent ad creatives paired with trending, platform-native content to draw the right audience in rather than just casting wide. A key part of how Primal approached this project was by mapping Collaborative Performance Ads (CPAS) campaigns to carry social momentum directly into the Shopee store, backed by Shopee In-Platform ads positioned to catch ready buyers at the point of purchase.

Results

How Primal delivered meaningful outcomes was through a joined-up paid social and marketplace strategy that made both channels work harder together. We launched the CPAS campaigns and funnelled traffic from social into the Shopee store, continuously refining creatives against what was earning clicks. Shopee In-Platform ads ran alongside, with bids and placements optimised to pull in high-intent shoppers rather than casual browsers. Steady testing kept both channels performing across the six months. The result was a 5.2x increase in ROAS, 70% growth in clicks, and a 4.6x lift in impressions, turning stalled reach into a working revenue engine.
